Course Overview: Our 121 Microneedling Course is an intensive advanced facial skincare training course that will teach you to deliver these in-demand treatments with confidence. Microneedling is known for rejuvenating the skin’s surface leaving it looking smoother, with improved skin tone and firmness something all your clients want. It is excellent as an anti-aging treatment working on fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation but also can bring dramatic improvements to scarring and acne indentations on the face. Often referred to as skin needling or collagen induction therapy, it is administered using an automated pen applicator. The process is safe and comfortable for the client, moving the device across the surface of the skin to create superficial punctures that will incite minor trauma to the skin to stimulate the body’s natural healing process. This in turn boosts blood and lymph circulation and stimulates collagen cell growth as part the skin’s natural 3 stage healing process to force the renewal of the epidermis. Course Objectives: To understand areas that can be treated To be able to assess clients and identify suitable candidates To learn the best techniques and skills required to perform treatment including injection sites, depth, and amounts To be able to manage and treat any adverse reactions or complications that may occur during or after treatment To gain an understanding of the legal and ethical considerations surrounding dermal filler Course Structure: Microneedling is an intensive 1 day course where we will go through classroom theory, practical on dummies and then use multiple live models. Assessment: Assessment for the Microneedling course is typically based on a combination of verbal assessments and practical assessments. Participants will be required to demonstrate their understanding of the theoretical components of the course, as well as their ability to perform dermal filler safely and effectively. Certification: Participants who successfully complete the Training course will be awarded a certificate of completion, which can be used to demonstrate their competence and skills in these areas. The certificate is typically recognised by regulatory bodies and professional associations.
